The operational model of the AOSP will be based on a hub and nodes network, managed by the Host Secretariat and informed by a Community of Practice that will comprise different work strands/ domains of impact. The regional nodes will be aligned with each strand and will form an important and active component of the AOSP’s operational structure. These nodes not only provide a conduit for communication between regions and the secretariat but will lead the development of work packages/strand that they will lead, working in close collaboration with the Secretariat.
